Okashi Connection, sent me this box to review. They are a new Japanese candy subscription box, that ships worldwide! There is no shipping charge and boxes are $22.00! Okashi Connection sends a big box with about a pound of Japanese candy and snacks inside. They try to send items that are difficult or impossible to get outside of Japan and seasonal items. They also include some information about the candy, as well as a video, hosted by Karin (13) and Haruka (11), with their opinions and instructions on how to make / eat the items.

Subscriptions cost $12.00 a month and each box is filled with tons of goodies. A portion of each purchase will be donated to UNICEF. Gourmet Spotting sent me this box to review. They are a good subscription box that sends gourmet food to your door every month. Every month, you’ll receive a box filled with delicious and tasty gourmet products from both up-and-coming and well known food brands. Each delivery will include a mix of categories, such as condiments, snacks, pasta & grains, sauces, etc… Products are generously sized, with enough product to allow you to enjoy it and share it. I love finding new foods to eat, but every time I go to the grocery store, feel like i just get the same items. It also doesn’t help that I live in a rural area, so I don’t get exposed to some of the new brands. One thing I love about Gourmet Spotting, is they donate a meal to charity with every box they sell.
