Shipping is free both ways and you can send your box back multiple times a month. If you decide you want to purchase the piece, you get 20% off the retail price. You can also give feedback about your Rocksbox, so they can customize your boxes to your style. Shipping Rocksbox ships in a white padded envelope. They also send a spare white envelope to mail your jewelry back in.
