You fill out a survey about your makeup preferences and then Ipsy sends a bag geared to your preferences. Once you get your bag, you can review your items online, and tell Ipsy what you think. When you complete reviews, you earn points, which can be redeemed for special items. I got my tracking number the other day, and I couldn’t wait to get my Ipsy April 2014 bag. I had seen glimpses of the bag and I loved it!
