Boxes are filled with all the materials to complete the projects that go with the current months theme, a book, snack, and other fun surprises. There will also be a Surprise Ride booklet, which is packed with all kinds of information about that month’s theme.
Sprouting Threads is a clothing subscription service for children. The cost of the box, depends on what you keep. You will pay a $20.00 styling fee to sign up, then that amount comes off your total, as long as you buy two pieces. You fill out a profile about your child’s size, likes and dislikes. You are able to rate several different outfits, so Sprouting Threads can best match you with stylish pieces. You also decide how many outfits you are sent at one time. You can choose between 2 and 5 outfits at a time and you will decide if they are all new or 1/2 reThreaded (used). You also choose if you want to receive a box monthly or seasonal.
ReTreaded Clothing is second-hand clothing that has been inspected, cleaned and approved to be sent out. When you child is done with their clothing, you can send it in to Sprouting Threads and get credit to use on your next box. Sprouting Threads only carries boutique brands like: crewcuts, tea collection, mini boden, charlie rocket and more.
Once you get your box, you decide what to keep, then send back the pieces you don’t want in the prepaid envelope. You have 5 days to send back the pieces you don’t want.
PeelyPack is a sticker subscription box for kids 3-7. Your child will get at least 10 sheets of stickers, an activity sheet and play ideas. For multiple children, you can get double the stickers. They even throw in a surprise sometimes.
KidBox is a new clothing subscription box for children. When you sign up, you will fill out a questionnaire about your child’s likes and dislikes. You will be sent 6-7 name brand clothing pieces for $98.00 total. When you get your box, you have 7 days to decide to keep, exchange sizes or not purchase pieces. If you keep the whole box, your card will be charged $98.00 and KidBox will donate clothes to a child in need. You may select to keep only one or two pieces, or none at all, just be sure to make your selections within the 7 days. I love that there is no obligation to buy anything.
Toy Box Monthly is a toy subscription box for kids that’s only $15.00. Each box your child will get 4 to 6 toys. You can select boy, girl or mix, so you child will get the kinds of toys they like.
Ivy Kids is a craft and activity box for 3-8 years olds. Each box is packed with fun learning activities, all made from a featured book.There are usually more than 10 activities in each box, each in their own little bag. If you have more than one child, you can add-on a sibling pack.
Ivy Kids sends instructions for “Little Ivys” (3-5) and some for “Junior Ivys” (5-8). There are also tips for parents to help facilitate more learning. As a bonus, Ivy Kids includes a personalized item in every box.
