Persona Nutrition February 2025 Vitamin Review + Coupon

Persona Nutrition is a vitamin subscription service that sends personalized vitamins and supplements to your door.
You are sent individual packets of your vitamins and supplements in daily bags for morning and evening. Everything is bagged together, so you don’t need to sort out anything. The box contains a 28-day supply at a time.
Assessment
When you subscribe, you complete a detailed health assessment and goals. The assessment asks about your nutrition and your current health.
These are the goals you can select during your assessment. Before your final results are given, you also enter all the prescriptions you are taking. After you take your assessment, you are given full recommendations for supplements.

I selected weight loss, sleep, and energy as my goals. I was sent the above bundles!
Once you get your recommendations, you decide what bundles you would like. You can choose to subscribe and save or buy a four-week supply. When you make a purchase, you will get a free nutritionist consult. They offer free shipping for over $50.
Your online portal will have details about all your supplements and bundles.

First Look.
The blue fold-out brochure has a list of all the supplements and vitamins in your pack. Mine are separated into morning and evening.
There is also a fold-out paper with facts about all the supplements in the box.
Persona offers compounded semaglutide for weight loss support.
Another brochure offered fresh fruits and veggies that are rich in nutrients. I love pomegranates and beats especially, so I am adding those back into my diet this week.
All the supplements and vitamins come in a box with pull-out packages. The back of the has circles for all 28 days to check off as you take your supplements.
The box has your name on the first piece, so you know they are just for you!
I opened the top of the box and looked in. All the vitamins and supplements are in a large roll.
Morning
My morning pack contains Cordyceps, Ginger, Digestive Enzymes, Foundational Multivitamin, and Vitamin B-12
