Vellabox subscription box featuring hand-poured candles.
There are three subscriptions: the Lucerna, the Ignis, and the Vivere. The Lucerna is $12.00/month and comes with one 4oz candle per month (25-hour burn time), plus one surprise gift. The Ignis is $22.00 and comes with one 4oz candle per month (50-hour burn time) plus one surprise gift. The Vivere is $29.00/month and comes with one 16oz (100-hour burn time) plus one surprise gift. Vellabox ships in a small brown box inside a slightly bigger box, protecting the candle from breaking.
You will see a photo with an inspirational quote when you open the box. For May, it says, “Peace in your home, peace in your mind, peace in your heart, peace in your soul.” Every candle comes with a durable canvas bag, ensuring its safety while offering the added convenience of reusable storage or gift-holding purposes.
The two-sided information card contains information about the companies and items in the box.

Featured Candle Artisan – Rose West Studio
Rose West Studio is based in Los Angeles, CA. They sell small-batch, hand-poured candles, perfume, and body care products. The company sources with intention, supporting like-minded brands while supporting the AAPI and BIPOC communities.
I received the candle “Les Fleurs,” a floral candle with notes of blackcurrant, peppercorn, white rose, geranium, oakmoss, cedarwood, and musk. It's a wonderful floral candle, and I can really smell the rose.
Lavender Silk Fragrance Roll-On
This is Vellabox's first release of a fragrance roll-on. The scent is also available in candle form (4oz, 8oz, and 16 oz). The scent has notes of lavender, wild herbs, violet, cedar leaf, camphor, and eucalyptus. It has a musk-like scent with a bit of sweetness.
