BARK Food is the perfect combination of kibble, supplements, and add-ons for your breed, delivered to your door.
A Ph.D. companion animal nutritionist formulates every recipe. The nutritionist focuses on protein quality, fiber (prebiotic) selection, digestibility, and everything your dog needs to thrive. All recipes use US-sourced meat as their first ingredient, and every recipe is free from corn, wheat, or soy Recipes are also free from artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. Recipes are created to ensure the right amount of prebiotic fibers and live probiotic bacteria for a healthy belly and that the body can absorb the beneficial nutrients.
Instead of just selecting a dog food based on the size of your dog, BARK Food created different recipes based on your dog's bread, focusing on their physical and behavioral characteristics. For example, labrador retrievers tend to skip the chewing part of eating dinner, which is why we have a slow feeder bowl for them! Pitties tend towards sensitive skin, so we’ve recommended a skin and coat supplement to help with that. Our breed-focused recommendations will help your dog be their best, happiest, and healthiest dog. Mixed breeds can also select foods based on their dog's specific conditions or needs. They also have a 100% happiness guarantee.
BARK Food has food, supplements, and more for Australian Shephard, Boxer, Chihuahua, Daushand, Doodle, French Bulldog, German Shephard, Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, and Pit bulls. Once you subscribe, you will lock in your price, and it will never increase.
If you have a mixed breed dog, BARK Food has several supplements, treats, and allergy-friendly treats for all dogs. I was sent some wonderful supplements and treats for my dog Cotan to try.

BARK Food sent my dog Cotan several treats to try.
Cotan is my beloved mixed-breed dog. He was more than happy to test out BARK Food!
Paw n Jaw Puzzle Bundle $25.00
Dogs will get double treats with this bundle. The Hammer Fed Shark toy comes with Oinky Jerky Sticks and Chicken Lickin' Good treats.
Oinky Jerky Treats are jerky sticks flavored with pork and apple. Each bag of treats has over 60% meat. You can give the stick whole to your dog, or break them apart for smaller treats. Each treat has about 20 calories and 24% protein.
Chicken Lickin' Good treats can be used as toppers for your dogs, or as individual treats. The treats are made of USA-sourced chicken, high protein, and are baked.
This toy is the featured product of this bundle. The toy is made of natural rubber and has tiny scrubbers on the top of the toy to clean your dog's teeth. Treats can be stuffed inside the toy to encourage your dog to chew on the toy. The rubber is BPA free and when it's time to clean it, be sure to spot-clean, as it can't go in the dishwasher.
Cotan loves this toy and the added treats make him want to play with it even more. The toy is very sturdy and won't fall apart. The toy is part of BARK's Super Chewer line, so it will hold up to the toughest chewers.
Allergy-Friendly Cheesy Peasy Soft Bakes $12.00/$10.80 (Subscribe & Save)
I love that BARK Food includes treats for dogs with allergies. Subscribe and save with these treats to save money. The bites are made with cheese from USA farms and are soft to easily tear apart. The treats are meat-free and have no added grains.
Hip, Hop Hooray Hip & Joint Soft Chews $15.00 (30 ct)
Your pup will be your forever sidekick when you carry these treats around. They contain omega-3 fatty acids, collagen peptides, and natural sources of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate, which work together to keep your dog having joints & cartilage health. The chews are bacon flavored, so your dog will want to eat these. You can subscribe and save and get 3 bags for $22.50!
Beach Snuffle Mat $23.99
This mat is my favorite item in the box. It's a cloth mat with rubber dots underneath to keep the mat from sliding on slick floors. The mat has several places to hide treats. You can use any of the treats and supplements featured in this review with the mat. You can hide treats and supplements in the tall cloth fibers, in the sea shell, and in the seaweed.
I used the hip and joint chews, allergy-friendly Cheesy Peasy Soft Bakes, and Chicken Licken' good treats with the mat. Cotan activated his super nose and searched through the tall cloth fibers to find things to eat. The other hidden places on the mat made it a fun exercise for Cotan to do.
Final Thoughts: BARK Food is a fantastic company that provides food, treats, supplements, and toys for your dog. I don't know what Cotan's favorite thing was in this box, but the Paw n Jaw Puzzle bundle was at the top of his list. There is something for every dog at Bark Food, and you can feel good about giving these treats and supplements to your pet.
