I received:

Vegetable Bolognese Bowl

This bowl contains shitake mushrooms, wild rice, and tomatoes. This was one of my husband's favorite lunches. It has 140 calories a serving with 8 grams of fat, 18 grams of carbs, and 6 grams of protein. This is a low carb, low calorie, and low sodium lunch.

Kimchi Fried Quinoa Grain Bowl

This bowl is made with kimchi, RightRice® (90% veg!) & a turmeric tofu scramble. This was a hearty lunch that was great for my husband. It has a great flavor but was a bit on the dry side. The meal has 220 calories in a serving, 10 grams of fat, 23 grams of carbs, and 11 grams of protein.

Vegan Meatballs & Marinara Noodles

There are two servings in each container. These vegan meatballs are made with noodles and marinara. The dish features pumpkin seeds, spinach, and tomatoes. Each bowl has just 230 calories.

This is just one serving, and it was delicious! I don't practice a vegan lifestyle, but this dish was amazing.

Green Tomatillo Chili Soup

I am a rather picky eater, so I wasn't sure if I would like “green” chili. This was fantastic. It's made with tomatillos, hearty beans, & protein-packed tofu. It has a hint of spice, but nothing too spicy. The tofu tasted like chicken! This has 210 calories in a serving, 7 grams of fat, 29 grams of carbs, and 10 grams of protein.

Lentil & Kale Soup

This is a very light and earthy soup. This is a great choice if you don't want something too heavy for lunch. The soup contains kale, rosemary, and cinnamon, giving you Vitamin C, antioxidants, and lowered blood pressure. This has 120 calories in a serving, 3 grams of fat, 17 grams of carbs, and 6 grams of protein.

Smoothies

Power Greens Smoothie

It's hard to get all your greens in one day. This contains kale, banana, and spirulina. This was a tasty smoothie, far more pleasant than having to eat kale on a salad. It has 127 calories, 15 grams of carbs, 7 grams of protein. And 3 grams of fiber.

Raspberry Cacao Smoothie

If you crave chocolate-covered fruit, try this smoothie. This is made with raspberry, cacao, and coconut. It's packed with fiber and protein while low in carbs, calories, and sodium.

Dragon Fruit Berry Smoothie

I love fruity smoothies, and this one hit the right spot. It's made with raspberry, pineapple juice, and dragon fruit. It has 120 calories a serving, and the mix of fruits tasted sweet and tangy.

Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie

This was fantastic for an after-dinner snack. This contains pea protein, cacao, and strawberry. This gives you the energy you need without consuming something unhealthy. At 180 calories a serving, this won't ruin your diet.

Mint Chip Smoothie

Made with banana, almond butter, coconut nectar, cacao nibs, Swiss chard juice, and more to fight fatigue, improve blood flow, reduce inflammation and optimize digestive health.

This is packed with antioxidants to get rid of toxins in your body. This is made with apple juice, lemon juice, aloe juice, kale juice, moringa, and spirulina. The lemon purifies the body by boosting hydration. Kale is loaded with antioxidants and Vitamin C. The spirulina helps with endurance.

Recovery Shot

Take this shot after working out to help muscle soreness and muscle soreness. This shot mixes watermelon juice, cherry juice, beet juice, lemon juice, and ginger juice. The watermelon juice helps relieve muscle soreness. The beets improve blood flow and reduce inflammation. The cherries keep muscles in fighting condition.

Wellness Shot

The wellness shot works to have a healthy metabolism. The shot contains ginger, orange juice, lemon juice. And oregano extract. The ginger boosts the immune system and fights inflammation. Final Thought: This subscription was both healthy and tasty! We don't follow a plant-based diet, but my husband and I enjoyed the food. My favorite meals were the Green Tomatillo Chili Soup and the Vegan Meatball & Marinara Noodles. My husband loved the Vegetable Bolognese Bowl and the Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie.
