First Look

The theme for August is, “Snack all summer long! Where will you enjoy these delicious treats?

Harvest Snaps Lightly Salted Snapea Crisps I have had these several times and always enjoy them. These are a puffed pea snack that is lightly salted. They taste more like a chip than a veggie. These are a great snack. I even got my 5 year old to eat these, and he is not a fan of many veggies.

Lorissa's Kitchen Tender Beef Bites My family loves jerky, and these are free from preservatives, no added MSG, and no added nitrites.

Farmhouse Culture Kraut Krisps I was very curious about these chips. They are made of cabbage chips and a dill pickle flavor. The dill pickle was really strong and I couldn't taste much of the cabbage. I think they could use a bit more salt, but overall they were good.

Cookie Thins Thinsters Chocolate Chip Cookies You can eat chocolate chip cookies without all the calories. There are 120 calories in the bag, peanut-free, non-GMO and is made with real dark chocolate.

Kind Dark Chocolate Chunk Bar This bar contains 5 super grains: oats, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, and quinoa. My husband likes eating bars as a post-workout snack.

Grenade Go Nuts This is a new brand and the bar looks tasty. This bar has 180 calories, 16 carbs and 10 grams of protein.

Mr. Nature Cranberry Trail Mix This is a mix of sunflower kernels, cranberries, peanuts, raisins, golden raisins, pumpkin seeds, and almonds. This is a great snack for between meals.

Beanitos Original OMG Sea Salt Beanitos are the closest chips to Doritos that I have had. These are the sea salt flavor and are black bean chips. These are 5 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. These are great with some salsa.

Love Corn Habanero Chilli Roasted Corn Snack These are corn nuts with a bit of a kick. There are only 84 calories in the bag. These were in last month's box, so I was disappointed to see them again.

Ines Rosales Mini Tortas with Manchego Cheese Tbis is a new snack for Love with Food. They are a thin, crispy cracker but I didn't taste much cheese flavor.

Zee Zees Honey Roasted Sunflower Kernals

Zee Zees Honey Roasted Sunflower Kernels My husband likes sunflower seeds so I am sure he is going enjoy these. These have 200 calories and have 7 ingredients.

Skinny Jimmy Protein Bar Eye Of The Tiger This little protein bar is a combination caramel, chocolate and nuts. This has 9 grams of protein and 2 grams of sugar.

Creme de Pirouline These are cookie tubes filled with chocolate. You can put them in coffee, hot chocolate, or eat them right out of the package.

You Love Fruit Mangoes A – Go – Go These fruit leather pieces are mango flavored. My kids love fruit leather but they are not crazy about mangos. I am going to eat this as a snack this week.

Macadamia Bar – Dark Chocolate Flavor This is made with all-natural ingredients including 45% macadamias. While I don't especially love bars, I love chocolate and macadamia nuts.

There were several coupons in the box, but not for any free products.

Final Thought: Our family loves to explore new snacks each month. This is a great way to try snacks without having to go to the store. This continues to be a great subscription for my whole family.
