Annie's Young Woodworkers Kit is a subscription box for children 7-12 years old.
Boxes are $19.99/month and each month, children will be sent a new woodworking kit. Children will gain skills in using small screws and nails, using sandpaper to round off edges, handling a hammer, learning the importance of making careful measurements, and so much more!

This month's project is a fire truck.
When you open the information guide, it has a picture of everything in the package.
There are also detailed instructions on how to complete the project. My 10 year old decided to complete this project.
The Supplies
The sticker sheet has fun pictures to add character to the completed build.
All the wooden pieces and metal screws came packaged together, so the parts wouldn't get lost.
The supplies also included a paint brush and black and red paint.
The project included a nicely made hammer. This can be saved and used for future projects. This is a regular weighted hammer, and not a toy.
This is everything we received in out package.
The Project
This wasn't a quick hammer and done project. My son had to use a ruler to make marks where pieces were supposed to go. There were pre-drilled holes for the wheels.
Once the fire truck was mostly put together, it was time for paint.
The finished project turned out great and my son enjoyed putting it together. We are going to continue our subscription for another month to see what new project we get.
