I am not a food photographer, so the photos don't do the meals justice. My husband and I love Al Paster pork tacos, so this was an easy choice. I didn't cook with the poblano pepper because everyone one else in my family doesn't like spice.
The tacos were amazing and all four of my family members loved them. I will be saving the recipe to make them again.
Steak Strip Tortellini Marinara with red peppers
My youngest child isn't a fan of pasta, but I wanted to see if he would enjoy this dish.
- Prep & Cook Time – 15 mins
- Cook Within – 4 Days
- Difficulty Level – Easy
- Spice Level – Not Spicy
Like the tacos, everything arrived fresh. The dish made enough for four people but there was plenty of leftovers.
This dish was amazing. My youngest didn't love the pasta, but once he added his favorite condiment, ranch, he ate the dish. My husband, older son and I loved this dish, and ate it for leftovers that next day.
Final Thought: I loved getting Home Chef again. Their recipes are family-friendly and you can easily leave out an ingredient if you are not a fan.
