Everything shipped in a plain brown box.
Gentleman's Box has changed up their boxes. There is a tab to pull off to open the box.
The Spring 2020 is called “The Good Health Edition”. The box comes with a magazine with pictures and descriptions of all the items in the box.
First Look
Soft Landing Cooling Towel $13.00 This may be worth more than $13, but it was the only one I could find. I love cooling towels when our family visits Disney or Universal. All you need is water to feel cool and it's reusable. You can wash this in the washing machine. You can also use this to wipe sweat during a workout.
Approach Apparel Weight Resistance Rope $15.00 I guessed on the price of this product, as it's not on the website. This rope is stretchy and long enough for my husband to use. He has already tried several different exercises with it.
W & P Design The Roller Bottle $35.00 This is my husband's favorite item in the box. It's a water bottle and a muscle roller, all in one. This is an insulated double-water bottle with a polyethylene sleeve, that acts as a foam roller. The bottle holds 25 ounces and keeps your drink cold all day.
The Yoga Man(ual) $13.49 This book is filled with everything you need to know about yoga. The book has pictures, descriptions, and information from other people who do yoga.
Are you curious about yoga but don’t know how to get started? Intimidated by all the chanting and breathwork, or worried that you can’t even touch your toes? Let The Yoga Man(ual) be your guide. This approachable book covers everything from the basics and benefits of yoga to how to master a handstand, and includes dozens of essential poses you need to develop your own practice―whether at the studio, at home, or on the road. Throughout the book are tips from top instructors, professional athletes, and executives, as well as stories from regular guys who have gone from yoga-adverse to yoga-obsessed.
There are stories from real guys.
There are also poses and descriptions.
Greater Goods Bluetooth Scale $54.95 This scale is pretty awesome and I was surprised to see it in a subscription box. It has a backlit LCD screen, auto-calibration and it connects to your phone. It measures your weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, and water weight.
Iffley Road Duffle Bag $25.00 I couldn't find the price of this bag, but I would guess around $25-$30 easily. This is a large bag and big enough for all your gear.
This is a look inside the bag. You can carry the bag by the handles, or the shoulder strap.
There is a side pocket that unzips to hold your gym shoes.
Tiege Hanley Skin Care System This is a smaller box of Tiege's skincare system. The box comes with a men's face wash, a morning moisturizer with skincare and a lip balm.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of at least $156.44 and I imagine it's worth more than that. My husband loved everything in the box. The bottle and the scale were his favorite items in the box.
