Ipsy Glam Bag Plus November 2019 Review
Ipsy Glam Bag Plus is a beauty subscription from Ipsy. Subscriptions are $25.00/month and contain five full-size makeup items personalized to you. Each box is valued at $120.00 or more. Ipsy Glam Bag Plus also sends a deluxe makeup bag every three months.
Ipsy also has a regular subscription. For $10.00 a month, you get a glam bag full of 4-6 beauty items. Once you get your bag, you can review your items online, and tell Ipsy what you think. When you complete reviews, you earn points, which can be redeemed for special items.
Ipsy has changed the design of their boxes.
First Look
The theme for November is “Wild Side”.
The information card has details about everything in the box.
Belle En Argent Auteur Creme Lip Color in “Smoking On Screen” $25.00 This lipstick has the prettiest packaging. There are geometric boxes stacked on one another. The color is a beautiful deep berry color with blue-red undertones. The lipstick is made with argan and jojoba. oils, which makes your lips feel great.
This is a swatch of the color.
Trestique Good Vibes Mascara $25.00 This is a unique product that combines an eyelash curler with mascara. I had this back in one of my Boxycharm boxes. I don't like curling part of my lashes at one time, but the mascara itself is nice. I will still end up giving this to a friend that wants to try it.
Illamasqua Hydra Veil Primer $45.00 I received a lipstick from this brand in my September 2019 Ipsy Glam Bag. I was a bit clumsy when I was trying to open this primer, but I got it open. This primer feels a bit like jello, but when you touch the primer, you just need a little bit to be able to apply it. It dries quickly and it leaves a smooth surface for your makeup. I really love this product.
Ciate London Dewy Stix in Glow $26.00 This product actually reminds me of EOS lip balms, but this is actually a highlighter. This applies smoothly, with the help of murumuru butter and hyaluronic acid to add a beautiful shine.
Gigi Gorgeous The Sick Sculpt Bronzer Duo in Turnt + Extra $24.00 I just watched a review on Tati's YouTube channel where she reviewed this product. This was actually on my list of products to try, then it showed up in my Ipsy box.
These colors are very buildable, which is perfect for my fair complexion.
Leopard Bag This is a little makeup bag is great for my purse for all my lipsticks.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $146.00. I was really impressed with this box and the only thing I didn't love was the mascara. The primer, bronzer, and lipstick were my favorite items. This was a great box. If you want to subscribe to Ipsy, just use this link.
