First Look
Edel Himbeer Bonbons These candies remind me of the little candies I would buy-in small tins at the theater growing up. These raspberry candies are hard candy that looks like real raspberries. They taste great and everyone loved them.
Leibniz Zoo Original This was a big hit with my family. They are animal crackers, but much better than the ones you can buy in the store. Even though these were in a bag, I liked that they were not in broken pieces like most animal crackers.
Pom-Bär Ketchup Style How fun! These little bear chips are ketchup flavored and are free from gluten, artificial sweeteners, and colors. The bear on the package reminds me of Haribo. These were fun to eat and tasted really good. My youngest loved these.
Katjes Fred Ferkel These gummies are free from gelatin (making them vegetarian) and are shaped like little pig head. They have a foamy texture and a strawberry/cherry taste. Fred Ferkel means Fred the piglet. My youngest thought these were the best candies, because they reminded him of Peppa Pig.
Lorenz NicNacs These peanuts are coated in a candy crunch flavor that tastes similar to BBQ. I thought they were kinda good, but the rest of my family didn't care for them.
MAOAM Sauer Kracher I didn't know Haribo was the company behind MOAM. These are sour candies, covered in sour powder that are filled with sour sherbet filling. These come in lemon, orange, lime, cherry, and cola. I personally love the cola.
Final Thought: My family loved this month's box. The big favorites were the animal crackers, sour candy, and the raspberry candy. You can try Candy German with this link and try all the great things Candy German sends every month.
