First Look
The theme for February 2019 is “Better Basecamp”.
The information book has a list of everything in the box, with descriptions and values.
Gorilly Goods Baja Spicy Lime, Pumpkin Seeds + Cilantro Mix $2.58 This snack mix is a combination of pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, cilantro, lime, and chilis. This is organic, paleo, gluten free, raw, vegan, and non-gmo. This is a nice quick snack while you are on the go.
GearAid 550 Paracord Heavy Duty Utility Line $6,50 This has a 7-strand construction and is great for tying down supplies when you go camping. This is a great tool to add to our camping toolbox.
Readyman Paracord Cleat (2 Pack) $6.95 This is a great tool to go with the paracord. These help secure supplies without using knots. There is an instruction card on how to use the items. They are about two inches in size and are very lightweight.
1tac Ultra-Power Pro Lantern $39.95 This lantern was my favorite item in the box. The batteries go in the of the very bottom of the lantern. You just pull up the silver handles and the light comes on. It has 50,000 hours of lamp life and the lantern is very bright.
This will be great to take to and from the shower house at night, or when we pull into the campsite after dark.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $55.98. This box was really great. The snack isn't terribly exciting, but the lantern was awesome. My husband loved the paracord and cleats.
