The featured yoga pose for January is “Virabhadrasana 1 “Warrior 1”. Until I heal from knee surgery, I am going to have to wait on doing this pose.
Buddhi Box Evil Eye Pouch $20.00 The evil eye is a way to ward off evil, misfortune or injury. Given my latest surgery, I need something to ward off injury. This bag is big enough to keep some makeup items for your purse.
Yoga Lifestyle Vida Tea Samples $6.00 These teas detox your system and don't contain any caffeine. They are organic, non-gmo, kosher and vegan. One is for daytime and the other for the evening.
Savvy Stone Elixirs – Kali Blend Spray $10.00 This calming spray is designed to call on the Hindu spirit Goddess Kali. You can use this spray after your workout.
Buddhibox Evil Eye Enamel Key Chain $20.00 This keychain has a more artistic take on the evil eye. You can attach this to your keys and maybe ward off some aggressive drivers.

Reiki Votive Candle “White Sage” $5.00 Many people like to burn sage, but you can have the same benefits while burning this candle. The candle smells amazing and I like burning it during my meditation.
Barre Girl Yoga Socks $18.00 These socks will make sure your feet don't slide around on your yoga mat. These are comfortable during workouts or just around the house.
