First Look

Degustabox comes with a colorful information sheet. The back of the sheet has a featured recipe using one of the products in the box.

Degustabox included a holiday card in the box, along with some advertisements and coupons.

Sunspire Dark Chocolate Candies $5.99 We received some peanut butter pieces in a previous box from the same company. I was thrilled to see these dark chocolate pieces. They can be used for baking or just snacking. They are basically dark chocolate M & M's and are fantastic.

Bahlsen Iced Cinnamon Stars $4.99 I expected these to be crunchy, but they are soft, yummy cookies. The cookie is cinnamon flavored and coated with a sweet icing.

Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends $3.00 These are several sweets and treats in the box, so I am glad there is a healthier item. This has a range of spices including garlic, onion, salt, and paprika.

Chimes Original Ginger Chews $1.99 These candies are ginger flavored and my husband loves them. These are made with cane sugar and are all natural.

Hu Chocolate $5.99 Each subscriber received one of three flavors. I love Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies, so I was happy to get the mint chocolate flavor. This is much better than any cookie. The dark chocolate has bits of mint and it's so good.

Dave's Gourmet Creamy Ginger Citrus $6.99 This sauce would also taste great with chicken. This one is a hot sauce so be careful. It contains peppers, lime, ginger, carrots. garlic, and more. I am not sure if my kids will like this, but I will enjoy it.

G. H. Cretors Popped Corn $1.79 This is a mix of cheddar popcorn and caramel corn.  Oh, my it's good. One bag is already gone and I am sure the other will disappear soon as well.

Campfire Marshmallows The large bag of regular mini marshmallows will likely end up as Rice Krispie Treats or in hot cocoa. The smaller fruity marshmallows made a great snack for my kids. I remember eating these as a child.

Vahdam Teas Sampler $1.99 This box has samples of five different teas. Both my son and husband enjoy hot tea, so I know they will enjoy these.

Teas in the box:

Garden of Life Maple Sea Salt $2.49 This is a soft bar, made with dates, cashews, milk protein, and pecans. This bar is organic, non-gmo and gluten-free. This bar is sweet with flavors of nuts and maple syrup.

Final Thought: I absolutely loved this month's box. The whole box felt like one big treat. I love the dark chocolate items and the marshmallows the most. If you want to subscribe, use the code BOXMOM and get your 1st box for $12.99, FREE Bonus item, and get free shipping,
