The new teal and white boxes are a great change. I love the little sack on the front.
First Look
The SnackSack information guide is in the same format, with a few changes.
Not only do you get information on the snacks in your box, but you will get to see the list of snacks in the other two boxes too.
Kodiak Cakes Oatmeal Unleashed – Caramel Oatmeal is a healthy and hearty meal for breakfast. My husband loves oatmeal for breakfast, so he will be enjoying this. Kodiak Cakes is a great brand and they have a range of healthy breakfast options.
Iota Classic Roasted Sunflower Kernels I love sunflower seads right out of the package, but you could also add these to a salad (providing you find lettuce).
Blake's Seed Based Raspberry Snack Bar This bar is made of seeds and coated in a raspberry flavor. This has 4 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. I normally don't love seed bars, but the raspberry flavor really made this bar stand out.
OCHO Coconut in Dark Chocolate This is a dark chocolate bar, filled with coconut. The bar is organic, gluten free, vegan and non-gmo. My dad loves these, so I am saving this one for him.
Justin's Dark Chocolate Cashew Butter Cups I love peanut butter cups in any form. Justin's are great because I get my favorite treat, but with better ingredients.
Ona Foods Chocolate Chip Cookies These cookies are gluten free, grain free, dairy free, and soy free. These cookies are made with dark chocolate pieces, but taste a bit more like a protein cookie.
Nib Mor Drinking Chocolate This drinking chocolate is organic, ethically and fair trade certified. My boys love hot chocolate any time it gets cold. I wish I had two packages because both of my boys will want this.
Dandies Vanilla Marshmallows These are being saved to use with the next snack. I have to hide these because marshmallows magically disappear in my house.
Enlightened Roasted Broad Bean Crisps – Sriracha These siriracha flavored broad beans are my favorite flavor so far. I expected them to be rather spicy, but they were a perect balance of sweet and spicy.
Bubba's Fine Foods Savory Original Snack Mix This snack mix is made with banana chips. pecans and more. I expected this to taste sweet, it tasted like it had a more marinated glaze on it.
Quinn Snacks Classic Sea Salt Pretzels These were some of the best tasting pretzels I have had. They are gluten free and very crunchy. My 9 year old doesn't like pretzels, but I convinced him to try these and he really enjoyed them.
Artisan Tropic Sea Salt Cassava Chips I love potato chips, and these are similar but healthy. They are a thin strip of yuca that is salted.
Your first box will come with a reusable tote.
Final Thought: This box was packed with snacks. The Cassava chips and the Justin cups were my favorite snacks. I really enjoy trying new snacks each month. Try SnackSack and use the code BOXMOM to save 10% on your subscription for life.
