Book of the Month is a book subscription box that sends a brand new book for as low as $10.47/month.
On the first of the month, you log into your account and choose between five different books, picked out by Book of the Month Judges. There are authors, editors and more on the judging panel. There is also one guest judge each month. You must make your selections by the 14th, or Book of the Month will pick for you. If you don't like any of the books, you can skip!
Once you make your book selection, you can add up to two books to your account for $9.99/each. Once you get your book, you can log into your account and join the discussions.

When you receive your book, it will be wrapped in plastic with a cardboard piece and there is a bookmark.
Each book is wrapped in plastic and packaged on a larger cardboard card.
A Ladder to the Sky by John Boyne John Boyne won Book of the Month's 2017 Book of the Year. This book is about Maurice Swift, who wants to be famous, but doesn't have the talent. He makes his life taking advantage of people, in order to get stories and fame.
For Better and Worse by Margot Hunt Natalie and Will Clarke are a married couple who have a son in danger. Natalie and Will always wondered if they could get away with murder and with their son in danger, they might find out!
The Proposal by Jasmine Guillory Nikole Paterson goes to a Dodgers game with her actor boyfriend of 5 months. He ends up proposing on the scoreboard but Nikole says no. To avoid the criticism of 45,000 fans, Carlos Ibarra helps her escape and the two start in a rebound relationship, but who will end it.
Nine Perfect Strangers by Liane Moriarty Tranquillum House is a health spa for all sorts of ailments. Frances Welty came to the spa for her bad back, paper cut, and a broken heart. After spending some time at the spa, she starts to be curious about the leader of Tranquillum House. Will she stay or leave and escape Tranquillum House.
Unsheltered by Barbara Kingsolver This book is about two families, one in the time of Charles Darwin, and the other in modern time. Both families are struggling and living in the same place, just centuries apart.
