Ipsy Glam Bag Plus October 2018 Review
Ipsy Glam Bag Plus is a new subscription from Ipsy. Subscriptions are $25.00/month and contain five full-size makeup items personalized to you. Each box is valued at $120.00 or more. Ipsy Glam Bag Plus also sends a deluxe makeup bag every three months.
Ipsy also has the regular subscription. For $10.00 a month, you get a glam bag full of 4-6 beauty items. Once you get your bag, you can review your items online, and tell Ipsy what you think. When you complete reviews, you earn points, which can be redeemed for special items.

First Look
Each box comes with a fold out information card.
Each of the products is explained, and there is information about the subscription.
Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner $22.00 I love liquid eyeliners, because they always give you that perfect precision line. This one glides on your lid easily and it stays put.
Ciate Dewy Spritz Luminous Prime & Set Spray $25.00 You can use this spray to prime and set your makeup. It has a slight highlighter sheen, but it works mainly as a setting spray. It's oil-free and made with hyaluronic acid and green tree extract.
This is a look at the spray once it dried.
Morphe High Impact Highlighter $14.00 I always enjoy getting highlighters in my boxes. This one isn't super bright and has a slight gold tint. I don't really look good in gold, so I am going to pass this on to a friend.
LXMI Pure Nilotica Melt $28.00 This is an organic balm designed for dry areas, around the eye, on your hands or as a mask. I don't like how thing this product is, and I think it's a bit too oily on my skin. I am going to keep it around and try to use it this winter.
Smashbox Cover Shot: Bold Glitter $29.00 These colors are beautiful and highly pigmented with glitter. They can be a bit messy, but they are beautiful. Smashbox recommends wearing these over matte shades or by themselves.
I love all the colors but the fourth one down It's not very glittery, and the color is patchy.
Tarte Maneater Mascara $23.00 Some of my favorite mascaras are from Tarte. This one makes my lashes look more full and bold. He doesn't really curl the lashes very well, but I generally use an eyelash curler.
Glam Bag This glam bag is much larger than the regular Ipsy bags. It's made of a material similar to a wetsuit, and it very roomy inside. You could easily use this as a makeup bag for travel.
Final Thought: The total value of the box was $141.00. This box had a huge value for the $25.00 price, but I am still not excited about the box. I like the eyeshadow palette and the eyeliner the best. I still love my Boxycharm, so well will see how future months go. If you want to subscribe to Ipsy, just use this link.
