The quote for this month is “Rest and self-care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow.”
The information card has a list of everything in the box, descriptions, and values.
The featured yoga move of the month is Supine Spinal Twist. This is a great move to help you stretch.
Mystical Blossoms Breathe Aromatherapy Inhaler $6.00 This is one of the coolest things I have received in my Buddhiboxes. You open the tube and put the stick 1/2″ away from your nose and smell it for 3 to 5 seconds. This contains eucalyptus and peppermint.
Real Beauty for a Cause Toner Tab $4.00 When I first saw this, I thought it was a bath bomb. It's actually for your face. You add it to steaming water and then steam your face. This is made with natural ingredients, and this works to clean dirt from your pores.
Ziya Soul Co. Hibiscus Clay Mask $15.00 This is a powdered mask, so you add water till you get a mask texture. Apply it to your face and then rinse after 15 minutes. The rose and hibiscus make the mask smell great.
Halsa Essentials: Asana Flow Essential Oil $18.00 This is a vegan blend of citrus and lavender essential oils to uplift and sooth. This has a roll on formula, and it smells amazing. This is great to use before bed.
Love & Lotus of Mind Lip Balm & Sugar Scrub Set $10.00 I need a new sugar scrub. They are great for exfoliating your lips. Both the lip balm and sugar scrub has a nice minty scent. The lip balm is fabulous because it moisturizes without leaving that waxy feeling.
Mystical Blossoms Namaste Sexy Tea $15.00 I love the name of this tea. It's raspberry, orange peel, hibiscus, nettle leaf, and rose hips. It's getting colder, so tea is always brewing in this house. I am sure someone will drink this.
Buddhibox Aromatherapy Necklace $25.00 This isn't just a pretty necklace. The black triangle is a clay lave bead diffuser. You can add your favorite essential oils to it and get the benefits from the essential oils.
This is a closer look at the necklace.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $90.00. I love the diffuser necklace. I have already been trying it out with my lavender essential oils. If you want to try BuddhiBox, click HERE and use the code welcomeyogi to save $3.00 off your month to month subscription plan.
