First Look. The recipe was left out of my box, but there were many great items in the box.
Gourmet Wood Chips – Hickory These chips have had all the dust removed and all the pieces are pretty uniform. Before using, soak these chips in water for 30 to 45 minutes, then drain. I need to get my grill going and try these out. These would be great to make some hickory smoked ribs.
Gourmet Warehouse Caribbean BBQ Sauce This sauce is all natural and free from high fructose corn syrup. This has hints of citrus, ginger, and cilantro. I love trying new BBQ sauces on ribs, pork chips, and chicken.
Gourmet Warehouse Blackening Spice This spice rub is made of paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, basil, and spices. Rubs are area great to add that needed flavor before you cook your meat.
Carnivore Club Buffalo Jerky Sticks We received four Buffalo Sticks in the October box. My husband loves the Buffalo sticks and would love a subscription to get more. These have only 60 calories each and 6 grams of protein.
Final Thought: Our family loves BBQ and this box has been amazing. The buffalo sticks were my husband's favorite item, but I am excited to try the BBQ sauce. If you want to subscribe, use the coupon sboxmom to get 10% off.
