Vellabox June 2018 Candle Subscription Box Review
Vellabox subscription box featuring hand poured candles. There are three subscriptions: the Lucerna, the Ignis, and the Vivere. The Lucerna is $10.00/month and comes with one 4oz candle per month (25 hour burn time), plus one surprise gift. The Ignis is $20.00 and comes with one 4oz candle per month (50 hour burn time), plus one surprise gift. The Vivere is $30.00/month and comes with one 8oz + 4oz candle per month (25 hour burn time), plus one surprise gift. I received the February Ignis box.

Vivere Box
The Vivere box shipped in a large yellow box.
First Look. The inside of the box has a picture of a desert, printed with the following “What makes the de is that desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well”. The candles were each tucked in little cloth cactus bags.
The information card lists everything in the box, the retail values and descriptions.
Vacant Wheel Cactus Flower Candle This candle is 100% soy, vegan and free from phthalates, petroleum, and lead. This candle smells of flowering desert succulents. This has a soft floral scent with a bit of a green scent.
Vacant Wheel Juniper Berry Candle This smaller candle is my favorite one in the box. It's a 4 oz candle with notes of juniper berry, jasmine, and honeydew. I can really smell the juniper berry in this candle. It's a stronger scent and infused with essential oils.
The bags are super cute and would be great for tooth fairy bags, or to store jewelry in for vacation.
Aloe Up Natural Lip Ice Sunscreen I tend to get lip balms frequently in my subscription boxes, but I tend to lose them. This one has an SPF of 15 and contains moisturizing oils, antioxidants, and aloe vera. This is a nice lip balm, doesn't feel waxy and is unscented.
Final Thought Both candles smelled wonderful, but my favorite candle was the juniper berry. I like that Vellabox includes quality candles at different price points. If you want to subscribe check out these two deals.
