Medium Roast: Colombia Cristalina
Colombia Cristalina This is a medium roast coffee from La Cristalina in Columbia. Sudden Coffee says the taste notes at fresh melon, Juicy Fruit gum, and chocolate chip cookies. Taste impressions: My husband thought this coffee was a bold coffee with a bitter aftertaste. This coffee had a citrus taste which he didn't love, but he enjoyed it more with some creamer. He normally selects lighter coffees, so he was surprised by how much he enjoyed this coffee.
Light Roast: Peru Rayos Del Sol
Peru Rayos Del Sol This coffee is the light roast coffee from Percy Pintado in Peru. Sudden Coffee bought the coffee from Intelligentsia Coffee, which is near the Sudden Coffee company.
There was an information card about Rayos Del Sol.
Tasting Impression: My husband really loved this coffee. It was a light, sweet coffee with a nice aftertaste. He normally loads his coffee with sugar but was able to drink this without anything added.
Final Thought: My husband enjoyed both coffees this month, which is really unusual for him. My husband is pretty selective with his coffee, but he is bringing both of these coffees to enjoy at work.
