First Look
The theme for February is “Be My Valentine”.
The information card has pictures and descriptions of all the snacks in the box.
Shrimp Chips Yuzu Black Pepper Flavor I don't think I have ever had the yuzu and black pepper flavor of these chips before. These have a shrimp scent more than a shrimp taste, but they are good. These are seasoned with salt and pepper, which make them even better.
Lotte Milkis Strawberry This is a strawberry soda drink from Korea. It tastes like a liquid strawberry creme candy.
Pokemon Ramune Soda Candy Each subscriber received 1 of 5 different Pokemon characters. The candies are a compressed powder that dissolve quickly in your mouth. They taste just like ramune, which is a lemon/lime flavor.
Kanro Pure Grapefruit Gummy These are little heart-shaped gummies that taste like pink grapefruit, covered in sugar. I think these were my favorite treat in the box.
Umaibou Corn Potage Taste Good Stick This tastes like a giant puffy Cheeto snack that tastes like sweet creamed corn. I really love Umaibou, the cheddar version is The my favorite.
Snacky By Akibento February 2018 Review
Final Thought: I really enjoyed all the snacks in this month's box. The pink grapefruit gummies were my favorite treat in the box.
