First Look
There was a quote from Mr. Rogers in the box. “As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has- or ever will have- something inside that is unique to all time. It's our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression.”
The information card has a list of everything in the box, plus details about why each item was included. I love all the information card these cards.
eeBoo About Face Cards $16.99 This is a set of 160 object images that kids can use to create different faces. They cane make faces with items from beach, city etc. This is also a great tool to help kids communicate about their emotions. Kids can also use these to tell stories.
This is a look at some of the cards. Each one one seperates, but I am leaving that to my son. This won the Oppenheim Godl Award and Snap award.
Stretchy String $5.99 I think this is the most played with toy in the box. Each one of these stretchy strings stretches to 12″. My youngest has been playing with this daily. He also likes to have someone hold one end and then stretch it as far as he can get it to go.
We really tested it out.
Senseez Soothables Massager $12.99 This massager has a button to press and then it vibrates. This one has a cute cow cover. You need two batteries and a screwdriver, but Sensory Theraplay box included them! This works nice as a back massager too.
This is the massager with the cover.
Twiddle $10.00 This has ball and socket links. You can stretch, and crunch this in any shape you want. This makes a great fidget. I used to have something like this at my desk at work.
This comes with a little guide, that gives you ideas on how to use the twiddle.
Everfloat Paperweight $6.99 This ended up going to my oldest son, who is obsessed with penguins. You can turn this paperweight from side to side and the penguins will never drown.
SwingO $6.69 This was “MY” favorite item in the box, nevermind it's for my son. This fidget has three connected rings that you can move back and forth. It's so soothing, I literally played with it through an entire show.
This is an expanded look at the rings.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $59.65. My son loves this box and it's always filled with great items. I love all the information on the information cards. The SwingO and Stretchy Strings were the favorite items in the box. You can use the coupon welcome to save 10% on your subscription.
