First Look
The Booster Bricks Club 2017 Yearbook Booster Bricks included a book filled with all the challenge submissions last year. My kids and I enjoyed going through it and se all the creative builds people made.
The yearbook is filled with so many pictures.
The theme for February is “A Fairytale Story”.
When you open the information guide, there is a table of contents and a letter from the owner of the box.
The story was about London, whose father is owns a shoe repair shop. The latest job is a broken glass slipper that has to be repaired and returned to the castle. Everytime you get to a red brick in the story, it's time to build.
There are also games in the back of the book.
The is a sticker included each month and this month, there was an information card with a breakdown of all the challenges.
Minifigure: London the Cobbler For the first challenge, you had to use the pieces in this pack and any pieces in the collection to make London.
My youngest son gave her a flag to hold and fire to fix the glass slipper.
Spotlight: Furnace for glass shoe repair Before the slipper can be delivered, it must be fixed. You had to use this small piece, plus 15 others from your collection to make a furnace for the shoe.
I like all the dials on the piece, so it looks more realistic.
My youngest did this build as well. I think it looks like a furnace.
Blindfold: Tool to escape giant trees My oldest son wanted to take on this challenge. Using this big collection of pieces, you had to create a tool for London to get out from inside the tree.
My son made a part axe, part chainsaw tool.
Microbuild: Small but sturdy bridge London has to get over the water, so you had to use these pieces to make a bridge.
My youngest son and I worked on this together. This was a bit tricky to make, but I think London can cross with this.
Premier: Decoy castle To get around the dragon, a decoy castle must be build. This was the biggest collection of bricks in the box.
Our whole family worked on this build together. Every person contributed and the castle turned out so great. The front features a flip up door.

Final Thought: My kids are really loving this subscription. After everything was build, both of my boys wanted the bricks for their collections.
