Gainz Box is a subscription box devoted to CrossFit. Boxes are $32.00/month and come with premium fitness apparel, equipment, supplements, snacks and more. When you subscribe, you will fill out a profile with your gender, clothing size and birthday. Gainz Box is a veteran owned business and they take opportunities to give back to charities. First Look
There is always a fold out information card about the items in the box. The information card folds out to reveal all the items in the box.
Exo Sleeve Power Bra $58.00 One of the biggest reasons I love this box is that they include the apparel in their boxes. This month, women received a sports bra. This has patted cups and an open back. I am still not brave enough to wear a sportsbra without a top, but this one is very cute.
Bear Komple Hip Igniter $19.99 This can be used for multiple exercises like sumo squats, ankle walk, hip abduction and walking lunges. I have been using resistance bands as part of my weight loss and they are really effective. This a similar device that can been used for multiple activities.
The card in the package gave instructions on different exercises to use.
Surge Herbal Pre-Workout $29.99 I take a pre-workout most days I go to the gym or workout. This is made with green tea and doesn't contain any synthetic ingredients, preservatives, or artificial colors. This has a citrus taste and only 15 calories.
Buddha Bowl Himalayan Pink Popcorn $1.25 This popcorn has only 50 calories and is cooked in coconut oil. This is gluten free, kosher, organic, vegan and non gmo.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $109.27. I really loved this box because there was a new sportsbra included. I also really liked the hip igniter.
