First Look
Ocho Peanut Butter These little chocolate treats are filled with peanut butter and are organic. This is not to say they are healthy, but far better than Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Choc Zero Dark Chocolate This is made with 50% cocoa, so it has a dark chocolate taste, but it's not too dark. I love dark chocolate and it has some nice health benefits too.
Erin Baker's Breakfast Cookie Minis Double Chocolate This reminds me of an energy bar. It's preservative free, made with whole grains and has fruit added. When you are craving a chocolate treat, this is a nice healthier alternative.
Freeyumm Honey Apple Oat Bar Food allergies are more common than ever. This bar is tasty and is free from the 8 major food allergies. I like tasty treats that are safe for other kids too.
Smooze Fruit Ice The deluxe box contained two smooze ice treats. One is coconut/mango, the other is coconut/banana. You can freeze these and have a refreshing snack. Since our family doesn't like coconut, these will go to my parents.
Jessica's Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Granola The oats are gluten free and the whole bag is free from trans fat, cholesterol and gmos. This was great crumbled over some plain oats.
Olympos Pitted Green Olives with Herbs These have been in previous boxes and I know some people love them. Like coconut, we aren't olive fans. I don't really consider us picky eaters, but this box seems to indicate we are rather picky.
One Potato Two Potato Naked Sea Salt I love chips, especially kettle chips. These are a plain kettle chip, seasoned with sea salt.
Glee Gum Pop I love the deluxe box, because there are doubles of snacks. Since I have two boys, I really wish there were two suckers. Since Valentine's Day just happened, they really have more than enough candy.
Utz Classic Wheels I am familiar with the Utz company, but I don't recall them being in any subscription box. These pretzels have only 130 calories and 600 grams of sodium.
Napolo's Baked Pizza Chips with Parmesan & Romano These baked chips are made with real pizza dough and topped with cheese. This was my other favorite item in the box. This was a big, more than enough to share.
Nutiva O'Coconut Lightly Sweetened Hemp & Chia Coconut Treat Meh, another coconut treat. It's seems when a coconut item is included, there is more than one. This is organic, non-gmo, and made with free trade coconut.
There were several coupons in the box.
Final Thought This really wasn't a great box for me. I liked the salty snacks in the box, but the olives and coconut items are a miss. I do think this is a good subscription and I am sure next month will have more items I like. To subscribe, use one of the coupons below.
