Gainz Box is a subscription box devoted to CrossFit. Boxes are $32.00/month and come with premium fitness apparel, equipment, supplements, snacks and more. When you subscribe, you will fill out a profile with your gender, clothing size and birthday. Gainz Box is a veteran owned business and they take opportunities to give back to charities. DirtyBird Energy Soap $5.99 This soap smells great and will give you a pep in your step. It is made with rosemary and eucalyptus, so it has a great combination of scents. This soap is designed to help you recover from a big workout. I am usually tired after my workouts, so hopefully this will give me some energy.
Multiforce Mineral Supplement $29.99 This supplement contains calcium, magnesium, and potassium that help support a healthy lifestyle. You just add one tsp to 6-8 oz of water.
Driven Nutrition BCAAs I have been lifting weights a few months but haven't taken BCAAs yet. BCAAs are helpful to repair muscles and keep you from being too sore. I have had to take a week and a half off due to the holidays and being sick, so this week is going to be painful! There were two individual servings in the box, so I can try it out and see if it's one I want to buy.
Gainz Pop Socket These stick on the back of your phone to help you take selfies or to prop up your phone. This one says “It's Gainz O'clock”.
Mike’s Blend Mineral Recovery Soak $5.95 I like mineral soaks after really long runs (10 miles or more). Currently, I am not training for a race, but I will probably use this for after weight lifting. It has a mix of 10 different essential oils.
ShowerPill The Body Wipe This kills 99.9% of germs, and is a quick way to get clean. I will save these for camping and other outdoor activities.
Gainz Box Duffel Bag and Patch This is a pretty large gym bag and it came with a Gainz box patch. My husband has been wanting a gym bag or two, so he is glad to get this one. It's made of canvas, but will hold all your gym gear. It's the start of a new year, so time to start getting fit!
