First Look
The theme for August is “Dorm Delights”.
This month, they have a new information booklet. Inside the booklet, there are names and prices for everything in the box.
Instead of the burlap sack, there is a really nice tote bag in each box.
Each bag comes with a different button attached. This month, the button says “Snack Game Strong!”.
Beanitos Hint of Lime White Bean Chips Beanitos are a healthier version of Doritos. These have 6 grams of protein, no artificial ingredients and have zero trans fat. The hint of lime is more like a kick of lime, but they are tasty.
Primal Kitchen Chocolate Hazelnut Bar I like to eat bars like this for breakfast. This bar is gluten free, dairy free and soy free. There are 15 grams of protein in the bar and only 3 grams of sugar. This chocolate/nut combination really sounds tasty.
Brothers All Natural Peach Fruit Crisps My son loves these dried fruit snacks. This is made with 100% dried peach snacks and doesn't have any added sugar. You can have the whole bag as 1 serving!
N.B.T.F. Real Fruit Bites There were two bags of fruit snacks in the box, strawberry and mixed berry. This fruit snacks are all natural and doesn't have artificial ingredients. Each package contains one serving of fruit. My kids have had this brand before and they really loved them.
Cosmos Creations Sea Salt + Butter Puffed Corn I haven't had this is a long time, but it's great popcorn. This is a puffed corn, so there are no hulls. It has a strong butter flavor that I love, but it's not loaded with calories.
Wild Garden Veggie Chips & Hummus These kits make it really easy to take hummus with you for a snack. This one contains veggie chips and roasted garlic hummus.
Hippeas Sriracha Sunshine Chickpea Puffs These chickpea puffs are similar to the original, with a kick of sriracha! I love the spicy flavor and they are gluten free, kosher, vegan and non gmo.
The GFB Oatmeal Raisin Bar Now you can have an oatmeal raisin bar cookie for breakfast, sort of. This bar has 12 grams of protein and is vegan, non gmo, soy free, dairy free, and 4 grams of fiber.
Earnest Eats Cran Lemon Zest Baked Bar This bar is made of lemons, cranberries, fruits, almond butter and oats. This is wheat free, and contains 5 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber, and 190 mgs of omega-3. This bar has a nice citrus and fruity flavor.
Lotus Bakeries Classic Biscoff Cookies These vegan/non-gmo cookies have a great buttery sweet flavor. These are great to dip in coffee or hot chocolate.
Bobalu Nuts Out Of Shell Almonds These are out of the shell and flavored with lemon, peach and cherry flavors. I didn't think I liked these at first, but they are quite good.
Bobalu Nuts Almond Goodness These nuts are still in the shell and salted. Almonds are my favorite nut and they are very nutritious.
HomePlate Peanut Butter – Peanut Butter Squeeze Pack I have had this peanut butter spread before and I like mixing it with my morning shakes. The honey gives it a bit of sweetness and there are 6 grams of protein in the package.
There were several coupons for the products in the box.
Final Thought: There were so many snacks in the box, it was quite impressive. My kids loved all the dried fruit and I liked getting more popcorn and hummus. This box packs so many different kinds of snacks, there is something for everyone. Try SnackSack and use the code BOXMOM25 to save 25% on subscriptions.
