Bluum April 2017 Updated Review

Bluum April 2017 Updated Review

Bluum is a children's subscription box for ages 0-5. Boxes are $34.00/month and each box is curated based on the age, gender and skill level of your child. This is my replacement box for the missing items from my April 2017 box.  If you missed that review, you may want to read it here before checking out this review.

Everything shipped in a plain brown box and there was a little note indicating that they made a mistake.

Innobaby Din Din Smart Stainless Divided Platter with Sectional Lid

Innobaby Din Din Smart Stainless Divided Platter with Sectional Lid $14.99 This stainless steel plate has divided sections and is in the shape of a car. The platter is stackable with other platters and even comes with a lid. This is top rack dishwasher safe but of course, it's not microwave safe. This is cute, but a bit young for my 5 year old.  My son uses regular plates and utensils now, but this may be nice for when he doesn't eat all his food, I can use the lid.

The lid comes in the package with the divided tin.

FlatBox

FlatBox $19.95 This lunchbox/bag is pretty unique.  It zips up on all four sizes and can hold a few items, then unzip it to fold flat.

FlatBox

This is great for picnics or trips to the park.  This was easily one of my favorite products in the box.

Sili The Original Squeeze with Eeeze

Sili The Original Squeeze with Eeeze $15.99 This pouch is designed for kids 6- 24 months, which is way younger than my 5 year old.  You can fill this with purees, smoothies, yogurt and the like. I will give this to one of my younger nieces and nephews.

Re Play Spoons & Forks

Re Play Spoons & Forks $10.85 These utensils are made from recycled milk jugs. There are four spoons and four forks in the box and are designed for toddlers.  Again a bit young for my 5 year old.

Jack N' Jill Natural Toothpaste

Jack N' Jill Natural Toothpaste  $5.75 This toothpaste is all natural and raspberry flavored.  My kids go through a crazy amount of toothpaste, so I am happy to get more.

Jack N' Jill Sample

Also by Jack N' Jill was a sample of baby gum and tooth wipes. Obviously not something for my 5 year old.

Bluum April 2017 Updated Review

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $67.53. Keep in mind this was a replacement box for two missing items. This box had an awesome value.  Many of the items were a bit too young for my 5 year old, but the lunch bag and toothpaste were nice. All in all I think Bluum is a good subscription for younger kids. I do think they struggle a bit for the 4 and 5 year olds.  I was very pleased with the value in my replacement box and many of the items will make great gifts. Use this link with the code MRV3835U16 to save $10 on your 1st box.
