Beauty Box 5 is a beauty subscription box that sends at least 5 beauty full size and sample size products to your door each month.You can get a box for $12.00 on a month to month plan and save even more with a multiple month plan.

What's in the box? Sample box of all things beauty. For a small monthly fee you'll receive at least 5 Full size and Samples size makeup, skin care, and fragrance products.
What is the sign up deadline? You must sign up by the 21st to get the next month's box.
Where do you ship? Beauty Box 5 sends to the lower 48 and Canada. They do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska or APOs.
When does the box ship? 8th of the Month
How do I cancel? You must cancel before the 21st of the month to avoid getting the next month.

First Look. The theme for May is “Make May Your Bae”.
The information card lists all the products in the box, descriptions and retail values. There are little hearts by the products that are full size. The May box had 5 full size items, plus a bonus.
COUGAR Beauty 24 Hour Liquid Lipstick (Full Size) $13.00 I received the color mulberry, which is a beautiful matte shade. I love lip products and this is one I will be using. This lasted a pretty long time too.
Jersey Shore Mongongo Lip Conditioner (Full Size) $10.00 This all natural lip balm smells like coconut and can be worn over or under your liquid lipstick. This really moisturizes your lips without feeling waxy. I don't love the scent, but I can get past it for this amazing moisture.
Jelly Pong Pong Bare Necessities Highlighting Pencil (Full Size) $17.95 This is another great product. This highlighting pencil is in a really light shade and I love it in the corners of my eyes. It helped make me look a little more rested than I really was.
Nanacoco Eye and Lip Pencil (Full Size) $5.50 This metallic pencil can be worn as an eyeshadow and a liner. You can also add this to a lipstick.
Daily Concepts Exfoliating Body Scrubber (FULL SIZE) $5.00 You can use this buff with you favorite body scrubber or exfoliate.
De La Cruz Arnica Salve (Sample) This bonus sample salve is good for burns, scratches or chapped skin. This is going to be saved for my boys.
These are swatches of the lipgloss, eyeshadow stick and the highlighter.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $51.45. This was a pretty fantastic box. This box is $12.00 and it came with all full size products.
