KeepCup To-go Mug (Portugal, USA, Australia) This cup hold 12 ozs of liquid and is BPA/BPS free. KeepCup designed the cup to be an easy way to enjoy your beverage and hopeful help get rid of disposable cups. The cork comes from ancient plantations in Portugal and a small producer who focuses on ecological design. The cork is designed to keep drinks hot. Perfect for your morning brew.
The cup is made of hand blown tempered soda lime glass and the lid is designed not to leak.
There are replacement parts available and everything is recyclable!
Metallic Block Print Coin Purse (India) $10.00 This mint and gold coin purse measures 5.85″ x 4″. Artisans in Barmer uses hand block printing to get the beautiful design on the side of the bag. Typically the process of hand block printing uses 50,000 – 80,000 liters of water a day, but thanks to a water recycling plant installed in 2012, it saves over 5 million liters per year. This bag was made through Matr Boomie, which is an artisan company that helps artisans get proper education, and income. This is a really cute bag, and the gold tassel adds just the right touch.
Prana Market Tote (India) $25.00 This tote is huge and very sturdy. This tote is made with organic cotton and made under fair trade standards. While I have a huge collection of tote bags, I always find uses for them. This would make a nice bag for the pool!
Alaffia Fair Trade Coconut Lip Balm $3.00 You really can't have enough lip balm. This one is made through Alaffia, which is a company that also supports women's causes. After seeing women in a village clinic suffering from pelvic infection from FGM (female genital mutilation), she became a member of the FGM Eradication Program. This lip balm is handcrafted, vegan and has no artificial flavors. While I have never been a coconut fan, I love this balm. It's light on your lips and doesn't have that heavy waxy feel.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $63.00! One again, GlobeIn sent a great box! I really loved everything in the box and it was filled with items that were practical. The most unique item in the box was the cup, which I know my husband will love. GlobeIn never fails to impress. You can save $10.00 on your first box of a three-month subscription, just use the coupon WELCOME. Each box will only be $34.67.
