First Look

The theme for April is “Welcome to Brick City”. Each box comes with a themed sticker too.

The information card gives details about each item in the box.

Mini City Brick Loot Store This build was designed by Joe Meno, who is the editor of BrickJournal. This build is made with 100% LEGOs and has only 86 pieces.  This was a quick build for my 7 year old and it turned out really cute.

You choose to decorate the build with a Brick Loot sticker or a Scoops ice cream sticker. My son chose the Brick Loot store.

There is a small play area for your minifigures.

Mini City Neighborhood Soda Shop This was a much larger build and is made to look like a CocaCola store.  There was a slight design flaw in the while lined bricks, one was made the wrong way.  Aside from the small design error, it turned out cute.

This turned out great.

This is a look inside the soda shop.

Brix Cola Crate This is a mini build of a cola 6 pack. I still remember cokes in glass bottles and returning the bottles to the store.

How cute!

Exclusive Art Print by Greg Hyland This mini print has a dinosaur raging havoc on a LEGO city.

Street Sign Sticker Pack You can place this stickers on plain LEGO tiles and create street signs for you LEGO town.

Soda Delivery Man – Custom 100% LEGO Minifigure This minifigure is made of real LEGO bricks and features screen printing clothing from United Bricks.

Final Thought: I loved the city and my whole family had fun playing with LEGOs.  Putting together LEGOs is a very relaxing activating and makes for fun family time. Use this link with the code boxmom12 to save 12% (Good on 1 and 3 month subscriptions).
