Bojerky November 2016 Review

The jerky shipped in a white box this month. Past boxes have shipped the jerky in a white envelope. All the jerky was made by GJ Products.
Northwest Bierhaus – Hot IPA Beef Jerky My entire family hates spicy food, which means this is just for me. This is slow smoked and cooked with IPA beer. This was much chewier than the other variety we received this month (keep reading), but it was really good. This had a spice, but nothing too bad.
Oregon Wine Country Jerky Pinot Noir This was made with real Pinot Noir from Oregon. This was a chewy jerky with a fruity taste, with just a hint of wine.
California Wine Country Jerky Hot Cabernet This one was the hottest of the two hot jerkies. This was my other favorite in the box.
Northwest Bierhaus – IPA Beef Jerky This was the true star of the box. This is smoked and made with IPA Beer, though you don't taste the beer in jerky. This has a sweet taste and the jerky itself is juicy and tender. My husband and 7 year old thought this was just the best stuff. It's already gone!
