Pulled Pork with Mac + Cheese and Collard Greens I love mac and cheese, so this was the first meal I made. The mac and cheese turned out great, and there were no soggy noodles. I almost put the pulled pork on a sandwich, but it was great. I am not a fan of collard greens, but they were decent considering I am not a fan.
Baked Penne This was my 7 year old's dinner one night and there was left overs. The portion is actually much larger than it appears. Like the mac and cheese, the noodles were not soggy. This was just as good as the local pasta chain we frequent.
Jambalaya My husband had this dish and really loved it. It had a nice spice that really complimented the flavors in this dish.
Roast Chicken, Potatoes and Green Beans My 4 year old ate part of this meal. If you read my reviews, he is the one that doesn't eat anything. He ate the chicken, lemon and some potatoes. For this mom, that was a hug win!
Classic Meatloaf, Potatoes and Green Beans Our family is always on the go, so we often eat in different shifts. This was my husband's dinner one night and it was another success. The meatloaf was fantastic (I tried it too). The green beans and potatoes went well with the meatloaf and my husband wants me to buy it again.
Banana Nut Bread This was fantastic heated up and a perfect dessert to the meatloaf.
Final Thought: This was such a tasty box! All the meals heated well and didn't taste like microwaved food. My favorite meals were the roasted chicken and the penne. Right now, they are extending their Cyber Monday deal. Today only (Nov 29th), you can get 20% off and two free desserts with the code CyberMonday2016.
