First Look
The theme for September is HORROR. Loot Crate combines a magazine and information card in one book.
AMC's The Walking Dead Negan Sluggers T-Shirt (Exclusive) I haven't been watching The Walking Dead, I did watch the season premier. It was a crazy premier and I am starting to go back to watch the beginning. My husband watches The Walking Dead and really likes this shirt.
The Legion of Regrettable Supervillains (Exclusive) $17.29 This book contains 50 of the strangest comic book supervillains. My husband and I don't read comic books, but this book is still interesting.
Freddy Kreuger Chopsticks (Exclusive) This chopsticks are just awesome. We never use chopsticks at home, but I am going to bring them with us, the next time we go to our favorite Japanese restaurant. The chopsticks pull out of the hand, to make them easier to use.
Camp Crystal Lake Pennant (Exclusive) I really love all the Horror themed items in this month's box. This is a licensed pennant and I really want to hang it in my movie area, though it might scare the kids.
Leatherface Phunny Plush (Exclusive) This guy is really more cute than scary. Every subscriber received a happy or sad version. He actually reminds me of the lamp on The Brave Little Toaster (played by Phil Hartnan, impersonating Peter Lorre). You can watch the clip below and see if you see it.
The bottom of the box had a punch out zombie mask. I got this out and my 4 year old took it over.
Here is T, trying to scare everyone.
Halloween Pin This is my favorite pin from Loot Crate. I love the Halloween movies! There pin also unlocks Superfight, which is an online game of absurd arguments.
Final Thought: This was a really good box and one of my favorites. We really loved everything in the box, with the exception of the book (it was okay). I really loved the horror movie items.
