What's in the box? Each month you get over $40.00 worth of loot curated around a geeky theme, for less than $20.00 a month.
Shipping: Loot Crate ships to the US, Canada, Australia, and England.
When does Loot Crate ship? Loot Crates are sent out once each month, scheduled to begin shipping on the 20th unless otherwise specified. Sign ups are taken until 9pm PT on the 19th. If you sign up after 9PM PT on the 19th, your first crate will come in the following month.
Loot Crate ships around the middle of the month.
First Look
The theme for November is “Magical”. Loot Crate includes a magazine and information card in one booklet.
Exclusive Fantastic Beasts Obliviator T-Shirt This may be my favorite Loot Crate shirt to date. It's too bad it's my husband's size. You can join the Magical Congress of the United States of America as Obliviator. I am really looking forward to seeing Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and this will be a great shirt to wear to the movie.
Exclusive Big Trouble in Little China/Escape From New York Comic This is an action comic about taking down the sorcerer, Lo-Pan. The cover is exclusive to Loot Crate. If you are a comic collector, the comic is already bagged and boarded.
Exclusive Game of Thrones Journal As soon as I saw this, I knew my friend had to have it. She is a huge Game of Thrones fan, and she will love it. This journal has a quote on the front and back of the journal, a ribbon bookmark, and an elastic band to keep it closed. The cover says “The Night is Dark”.
The back is printed with “and Full of Terrors”.
Inside the journal, there is a place to select the day of the week and date. There are several pages to write about all your adventures.
Exclusive Doctor Strange Q-Fig When I first saw my Dr Strange in the box, I thought the shield was an attachment in the box, but it was actually missing. Minus the missing shield, Dr Strange is pretty cool. He has The Eye of Agamotto, and the Cloak of Levitation.
This is the correct figure. After a Google search and phoning a few friends, I am pretty sure it's a shield of energy.
The Elder Scrolls Pin This pin unlocks special Imperial Edition Elder Scrolls Game Play.
The box turns inside out to reveal a cool magical themed box.
Final Thought: This was a really fun box, and I especially love the t-shirt. Since everything was exclusive, I didn't get a retail value, but between the t-shirt and Q-fig, this box was well worth it.
