Tonttu Box comes in a little white box.
First Look
The theme for September is “Queen Mommy”. This box is designed to pamper, recharge and relax you. This box was curated to treat you like a queen.
On the other side of the brochure, there is a list of everything in the box.
There was a little quote card in the box, “Good moms have sticky floors, messy kitchens, laundry piles, dirt ovens & happy kids”.
Spruce & Fresh Gold Painted Rose Bath Bombs $12.00 As soon as I opened the box, I smelled rose! These little bath bombs are made to look like little petit fours and smell amazing. Pop one in your bath for a wonderful experience.
Sauce for Skin Baby Balm “Sweet Cheeks Sauce” $7.00 For baby, there was this jar of Sweet Cheeks Sauce, which fights dry skin. This is made with shea butter, coconut oil, and avocado oil, which moisturizes dry skin. I went through so many products when my 4 year old was a baby, trying to fight dry skin. I am giving this to my new baby nephew, perfect for the upcoming winter months.
Orangeni Margaret the Owl with Coffee $10.80 This comes straight from the United Kingdom and is all handmade. This owl is designed, drawn and colored by hand. The material is 100% cotton and is made very well. This is a cute little quiet toy for baby.
The back is made of a thicker material, which reminded me of upholstery (in a good way). The little plush came in a fabric sack, to keep Ms Owl clean between play.
Toby is MY Bear by Kira Solomatova $10.00 This book tells the story about Sam and a teddy bear. Max also takes care of the teddy bear, which causes a conflict with Sam. Whose bear is it? This book is designed for kids 3-6 and teaches sharing and conflict resolution. This is a great book for kids, whether they have a sibling, go to school or daycare. As a mom of a 4 and 7 year old, I have heard these kinds of arguments frequently. This has already been read as part of our bedtime routine.
Here is a look in the book! In the back of the book, there are two pages for teachers and parents to use this book as a teaching tool.
Green Touch Beauty Perfect Eyebrows $34.60 This is one of the most unusual products in the box! This product acts like a primer to make hair look thicker, shiner and tamer, while working to stimulate follicles to promote hair growth. That's right, this little pot helps make hair grow in most conditions. This takes two months to start seeing results, so don't expect overnight miracles.
The product came with an information book for instructions. There was also a little brush for application.
Final Thought This box had a total value of $74.30. I didn't take a picture, but there was also a card from Tulle and lace Garmets for 10% off their store. I really loved this box and it was hard to decided what I liked the most. The bath bombs are one of my favorites. Not only do they smell good, but they made for a relaxing bath. I like that the products were not mainstream, well-known products, but still high in quality.
