BarkBox June 2016 Review + Free Box Coupon
Disclosure: This post contains referral links.
BarkBox is a subscription box especially for your dog. BarkBoxes contain all-natural treats and other the coolest pup products in each box — things you can't find at the typical big-box pet store. BarkBox has their treat and toy scouts scouring the country every month for the best toys and treats that will help keep your pup happy and healthy.
Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and occasional hygiene products that have been hand selected and approved by Scout, head product tester for BarkBox. Boxes are $29.00/month, but if you subscribe for a year, you only pay $20.00. Also, you can get a free box with any subscription when you use this link.
BarkBox ships in a little brown box. We subscribed to the Medium BarkBox for our Beagle Mix.
First Look. The paper the items were wrapped in was printed with a fun map and the title “Camp BarkBox – Fort Belly Rub.
There isn't an information card in the box, but there was a fold out card about items in the box.
The back of the card had camping tips for dogs.
Wonderfowl Crunchy Duck Chew $1.99 Buddy loves chewy sticks, so he will really enjoy this. He has a chew stick open right now, so I am saving this for later.
Campsite Flashlight $14.00 We recently got a new camper and have several camping trips planned with our dog. This flashlight is made of a very thick cardboard and has a squeaker inside. You have to squeeze really hard to make it squeak, but Buddy likes it.
Giggle Buddy Bear $12.00 This giggles when you shake it and reminds me of the Jibber Jab plush toy for kids. Buddy loves for the kids to shake it and then throw it. This was a really fun toy and Buddy has been playing with it alot.
S'Mores Dog Treats $6.00 These smell like s'mores but are made with pork, carob and pomegranate. Buddy loves these and couldn't get enough of them.
Granola Bites for Dogs $7.00 These are made with all natural ingredients and free from wheat, corn and soy. I like giving Buddy treats, where I know what ingredients are in the snacks.
NexGard Zip N' Skip Bowls $25.00 (Bonus) This is a special bonus gift from NexGard. It is a set of two travel bowl that zip up in one container. This is going in my camping equipment for Buddy.
This is a look at the bowls. You just pull them up to use. I love this and it's my favorite item in the box.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $40.99, $65.99 counting the bonus travel bowels. Buddy really enjoys getting his BarkBox. I that there are a nice selection of toys and snacks in each box. If you want to subscribe, use this link for a FREE box with any subscription plan.
