Beauteque Monthly May 2016 BB Bag Review + Coupon
Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. I received this box for review.
Beauteque Monthly is a monthly subscription box that has two subscription services: the BB Bag and the Mask Maven. The BB Bag is $24.00/month and filled with seven to eight full size beauty, skincare, fashion and lifestyle products in a cute little bag.
The Mask Maven subscription is $16.00/month and comes with nine to eleven masks in each package. Each month comes with face masks, hand masks, feet masks, eye masks and more.
The Details (BB Bag):
Cost: $24.00/month, Discounts for longer subscriptions.
Coupon: Use the coupon subscriptionboxmom and get 10% off your subscription.
Shipping: $3.95 shipping for the USA. Shipping charges outside the USA vary.
What's in the bag? The bag contains 7 to 8 full size products in every bag.
I received both the BB Bag and the Mask Maven subscription for review, and they both came in the same box.
There was tissue paper right inside the box.
The subscription comes with a cute little bag each month, which holds most of the items. One of the larger products was wrapped in bubble wrap, to keep from breaking during shipping.
The theme for May was “Festival Friendly Finds”.
The information guide has pictures and descriptions of everything in the box. Most of the products are Asian beauty/skincare products, so directions are included in English on the information card.
The bag had a cute back and white design. The inside of the bag had a slick plastic, so it can be easily wiped down.
PreLab Toning Peeling Tap $20.00 This container is filled with individual capsules with a buffer pad on the end. You squeeze the packet and the cleanser will come up through the pad. These capsules clean, exfoliates, moisturizes and brightens skin. I tried one out before bed, and it really made my skin feel fresh and clean.
Mmilky Way Dress SOS Blemish Cream $9.00 This is a concentration cream that banishes annoying blemishes. I unfortunately can use this.
Tony Moly Bamboo Soothing Gel $15.00 This contains bamboo water, which smooths and moisturizes dry skin. The product looks like an aloe lotion, so this seems like it would work on sunburns (hopefully I won't be able to test that). Some subscribers received The Saem Fresh Bamboo Smooth Gel.
The Saem Healing Garden Tea Cleansing Tissue $8.00 This is a pack of 20 makeup remover wipes that also has green tea to leave your skin feeling fresh. I can always use more makeup wipes.
Kinepin Beauty Nail Company Nail Kit $6.00 This is a little kit with toe separators, nail brush, cuticle stick and a 4 step nail tool to buff, shape, smooth and shine nails.
A'PIEV Glow Nail Touch Polish $7.00 This is the one product in the box that I am not wild about. The polish goes nicely with the nail kit, but I only wear bright colorful polishes, so I will give this to a friend.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $65.00, which is pretty crazy for a $24.00 box. I love the Prelab capsules because they worked so well and they are great to throw a few in a bag for travel. While I didn't love the polish color, this box had to many great items, it doesn't matter. I really love all the unique products I get in my BB Bag each month.
