Love with Food March 2016 Tasting Box Review
Love with Food's theme for the March 2016 box is “Love is Real”.Love with Food is a snack subscription box that sends snacks that are organic or all-natural, GMO-free, gluten-free or free of artificial junk.
The Tasting Box is $9.99/month with free shipping and contains eight or more snacks. The Deluxe version that features 16-20 snacks and is $19.95/month (free shipping). First Look
The theme for March is “Love is Real”
Each information guide is filled with all the details about each snack. There are color coded icons that let you know if something was non-gmo, vegan and organic or gluten-free.
Olympos Pitted Green Olives (repeat) While I know these are healthy (vegan, gluten-free and dairy free), I am just not a fan. These will go to either my husband or one of my friends.
Dolcetto Lemon Wafer Bites (repeat) These have a crunchy cookie shell with lemon filling. At only 100 calories, these won't break your diet.
Horizon Organics Fruit Snacks These were the highlight of the box. These fruit snacks are organic and preservative free/artificial flavor free. They have the texture of a gummy, but are very fruity. I am going to see if there are more in the Love with Food store.
Pock Clouds Rosemary and Sea Salt (repeat) Of all the snacks we have had from Love with Food, this is the one we have ordered the most. These come in various flavors, but the rosemary and sea salt are my husband's favorite. We have ordered these by the case 3 or 4 times, no joke!
Nature's Bakery Strawberry Fig Bar At one point, these were in every single subscription box. These are vegan, dairy free, and non-gmo fig bars. These are good and make a great on the go breakfast.
Brown & Haley Almond Roca Buttercrunch Toffee with Almonds This is a crunchy bar that has a strong toffee taste. My husband enjoyed it and said it was really rich in flavor.
Stonefire Naan Crisps (repeat) The first time we received these in a box, I like them so much, I bought more in the Love with Food store. These are flame baked and go perfectly with cheese or meats.
Salty Road Peppermint Salt Water Taffy My husband always gets the salt water taffy in boxes. these were very sweet taffy pieces with just a hint of salt.
Coupons: There were several coupons in the box to save on your favorite snacks.
Final Thought: Most every snack this month (but 3) were repeats. While I liked most of the snacks, I wish there was not so many repeats. I think this month was a new record in repeat snacks.
