Bramble Box ships in just the cutest box.
For this month's theme, your child will make a cake with foam pieces and decorate it.
First Look.
The Cake: The foam cake was divided into four pieces and there was two different shades of icing in the box: yellow and green. There was even a cake platter.
Party Supplies: There were four plates, four party hats and four invitations. The invitations are printed on glossy paper, so your child can use a dry erase marker or crayon and still use them again.
Decorations: There was a whole bag of decorations for the cake. There was green and pink rick rack to make the icing filling, paper candles with velcro circles and foam stickers. The glue was included to glue the rick rack to the middle of each piece of cake.
Here is a look at everything included in the box.
Making the Cake
I really wanted to enjoy playing with my kids, so I didn't take tons of photos. After glueing on the rick rack (T used both colors), he got to work on the icing. T decided he only wanted to decorate the yellow icing.
This is the completed cake. His actual cake for his birthday is half chocolate/ half vanila, so I thought it was cute that he decided to do the same thing with his play cake. The candles have velcro dots on the bottom, so they won't fall off of the cake.
Our mini birthday party.
Blowing out the candles
T pretending to each the cake.
Final Thought: I can't express how much fun this month was do with my boys. We tend to have birthday weeks in his house, rather than just a day. T has had a blast singing Happy Birthday to himself and everyone else. This box arrived at just the right time! Until March 21st, you can save 40% on your 1st box of any subscription with this link and the code Betterthaneggs.
