The February box is filled with sweet treats for Valentine's Day.  Fact from Snakku: in Japan, the girls give chocolate to the guys they like.

034

Snakku gives detailed information about all the snacks in the box.

Chocolate Arare

Chocolate Arare These treats are candy coated rice crackers, a combination of salty and sweet flavors.  The pouch on the left has strawberry, milk & white chocolate, while the one on the right has green tea, dark & white chocolate.

Chocolate Fruit Crunch

Chocolate Fruit Crunch These candy bars almost taste like cereal, These bars are a combination of fruit, cocoa and cream.  These came in strawberry and blueberry.

Pururun Strawberry Mochi

Pururun Strawberry Mochi These strawberry treats are wrapped up so neatly.  These are mochi with strawberries.  These are super soft and chewy, almost like a gummy.

Chocolate Senbei:

Chocolate Senbei:  Snakku had a box devoted to senbei, but these are different from anything we have received.  The traditional senbei is covered with a thin milk chocolate coating.  The mix of salty and sweet is quite tasty.

033

Gold Okaki  These look a bit like senbei, but they are actually crepe crackers that are dipped in ginger and covered in edible gold flakes.  These were a little sweet.

Pocky

Pocky: You can't go wrong with Pocky.  This version is strawberry cream, quite yummy.

Green Tea KitKat

Green Tea KitKat We have had these several times and they are pretty good. I am still amazed at all the different kinds of KitKat flavors.

Senbei

Senbei: These rice crackers have a soy sauce-like coating.  The smaller one is plum and the larger one is soy seaweed.

Umaibo

Umaibo: I love Umaibo!  The cheddar version are my favorite, but these sweet corn flavored ones are really good too.

Ichigo Milk Candy

Ichigo Milk Candy The outside coating is a hard strawberry and the inside is a milk filling.

Final Thought: This box was tasty, like every other month. The ichigo candy was my favorite, but the candy/rice cracker combination was a fun treat. You can try Snakku with this link and use the code SUBMOM to save 10% on your first box..
