First Look
There was a welcome note from Nomad Coffee.
There was a card including the recommended brewing instructions.
This coffee from the Worka Cooperative is from Ethiopia in the Yirgacheffee region. This is a mixed heirloom bean that has been washed and has taste notes of coconut milk, apricot and peaches.
The coffee came in a sealed brown bag.
The back had a vent to remain freshness, along with the basic information about the coffee.
My husband tried out the coffee and really enjoyed it.
Taste Impressions: The roast leaves the bean at cinnamon color. The aroma has a nice sweet smel. The taste starts out mild but grows to a fuller taste. I can taste glimpses of sweet but not too sweet. it is low acidity but taste great cream and sugar. The after taste is also pleasant
Final Thought: My husband really enjoyed this coffee. The beans were fresh and the taste was a hit with my husband. The added taste notes and information was a welcome addition to the box. I wish I know who made the coffee, but my husband really enjoyed this subscription. To try Nomad, use this link with the coupon NOMAD to save 10% on one month.
