RawSpiceBar is a spice subscription box, that is only $6.00/month. Every month you get 3-4 premium spices and coordinating recipes every month. Each month features a different region. Each spice, contains 2-3 ounces and there is enough to make 3 separate dishes serving 8-12 people.

Everything came in a brown cardboard envelope.
First Look. This month's package features spices and recipes for a Nordic Meal.
Gingerbread Spices: This spice is made for Pepparkakor (Nordic Ginger Cookies), though you can also use this in roast chicken or sauerbraten. This is a mix of ginger, corriander, mace, cardamom, star anise, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
These cookies look amazing and I really want to try them.
Winter Herbs: These spices are made for the potato herb gratin. This is a pretty versatile spice, because it can also be used for meat, veggie burgers, tofu, marinades and vegetable soup. This is a mix of tarragon, safe, white peppercorns, thyme, allspice, black peppercorns, garlic and marjoram.
These potatoes are made with rosemary , Parmesan cheese and more.
Gravlax Spices: The Gravlax spices are for the Nordic Caraway Gravlax. This spice is made with caraway seeds, white peppercorns, and coriander. You can use this with the enclosed recipe, or use in on chicken.
Nordic Caraway Gravlax is made with salmon and has a special sauce.

Final Thought: RawSpiceBar is one of the cheapest subscriptions and it's a great subscription to work into your monthly meal plans.
