First Look
Scale Pose: Every box comes with a Yoga pose. I don't practice yoga, but I always try to do the monthly pose. This one looks pretty hard and I will have to find some blocks to use to help me do this pose.
The quote this month is “You have no cause for anything but gratitude and joy.”
The back of the quote card has an information card with a list of everything in the box. There are also symbols showing if the item is vegan, organic or cruelty free.
The featured recipe was for Pumpkin Spice Cashew Cups. These look like peanut butter cups without the peanut butter. Since L has a peanut allergy, I want to try this recipe.
Vapur Reusable Water Pouch $10.00 I have mentioned this in other reviews, but I am on a mission to drink a gallon of water a day. While this may be easy for some, it's pretty hard for me. This reusable pouch can fold up in your pocket, so you can drink water anytime. This is going in my purse.
Born Skin Care Source for Muscles $10.00 I can't wait to try this! This help sooth sore muscles using eucalyptus oil, muscadine oi and menthol. I have added a new worked to my regular runs and it can leave my muscles pretty sore. This is going in my workout bag for sure, and I imagine will be using this soon.
Stinky Yogi $30.00 The information card didn't say the specific perfume, but given the scent notes, I think it's Boho Flow, which has sandalwood, patchouli, rose, and bergamot, among other scents. It's a really interesting scent and maybe a bit too strong for my taste. This is made from natural ingredients and is cruelty free + vegan.
Mist Mat Spray $12.50 This spray is an antibiotic mist and has a great smell. It's a combination of lemon myrtle, peppermint and vetiver. The lemon scent really stands out and this will be great for my workout sessions, as the mat can get gross.
Speak like a Yogi Matra Download Card and Wish Bracelet $32.00 This download contains 20 yoga poses and teaches you to pronounce all the terminology. I honestly don't think I will use this, so maybe I will probably gift or try this.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $94.50. I don't think I will use the download card, but the pain reliever, water bottle and mat spray will be used this week. This is a nice box for people to do yoga, or just anyone who leads a healthy lifestyle.
