The GlobeIn Benefit Basket is a great box for people who love the regular GlobeIn box, but want a bit less. The Benefit Basket contains one crafted good from a remarkable, remote artisan, all in a colorful, handwoven basket from their weaving collective in Oaxaca, Mexico. You will also get story of the artisan, their community, and how you are making an impact on their lives. The Benefit Basket is $19.95/month or $56.95 for 3 months, but you can get $7.00 off your 1 box of a 3 month subscription with the code TRYBENEFIT.
Everything came in a small GlobeIn box.
First Look
The featured product in this month's box is the Marquet Fair Trade Free Weave Scarf.
There is a little booklet with details about this month's item.
Palm Leaf Basket (Mexico) $12.00 These baskets appear in each GlobeIn box, and I find uses for all of them. They are great for presents, to hold tiny toys, and more!
Marquet Fair Trade Free Weave Scarf (Thailand) $21.99 I received a black scarf in my regular GlobeIn box, so I am glad to get a different color in my Benefit Basket. This is made by the Ton Fai Tambon, which is part of Thailand's The One Tambon One Product program. The scarf is 62 x 22 inches in size and is hand woven.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $33.99. The GlobeIn Benefit Basket is a great way to get GlobeIn, but pay less than the regular subscription. The scarf is fantastic and is great for fall and winter weather. I love that it is handmade and not just a factory produced scarf. If you want to try the Benefit Basket, you can get $7.00 off your 1 box of a 3 month subscription with the code TRYBENEFIT.
