I was really excited to dig into my September 2015 Love with Food Box. Packed with snacks, this is our family-friendly subscription. Love with Food's theme for the August 2015 box is “Road Trip”. Love with Food is a snack subscription box that sends snacks that are organic or all-natural, GMO-free, gluten-free or free of artificial junk.
The Tasting Box is $9.99/month with free shipping and contains eight or more snacks. The Deluxe version that features 16-20 snacks and is $19.95/month (free shipping). For those on a gluten-free diet, the gluten-free box contains 8-12 snacks for $24.50/month. Keep reading to the end of the review for coupons to save on a Love with Food subscription.
Love with Food always shops in bright red boxes, it's the first box I spot on my doorstep.
I was hoping for many school friendly snacks for L, and Love with Food delivered.
Each information guide is filled with all the details about each snack. There are color coded icons that let you know if something was non-gmo, vegan and organic or gluten free.
Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps Minis I found these in a subscription box awhile back, and I love them. They even have them in my grocery store. I like pretzels, but I don't always like how thick and dry they are. This are think and crispy with only 110 calories, also gluten free. I will give this to L for snack at school, but I really would love to eat them.
Bare Naked Sea Salt Caramel Apple Granola: While I am not a fan of granola normally, this mix had a great apple flavor and is an amazing snack. Apples, caramel, sea salt and oats, what's not to love.
Snapea Crisps I have had these many times and if I am going to eat peas, this is the best way. These are puffy baked snacks with a chip like taste, but only 90 calories.
Funley's Super Crackers Cheddar N' Stuff These crackers are super cheesy and have broccoli, vitamin D and calcium. These are really good and I will have to find more, maybe in the Love with Food store.
Cookie Thins by Mrs, Thinsters I love Cookie Thins! These don't have any artificial flavors and are cake batter flavored. Thankfully, there is just a small bag, because I could eat a ton of these.
Smarty Pants Adult Gummies: These is another old favorite. We have had the children's version, but I don't think I have had the adult ones. These are chewy sweet gummies packed with omega-3's. vitamin D3 & B12.
YumEarth Organics Fruit Snacks These have vitamin c, are fat-free/nut-free and made with real fruit juice. If your kids love fruit snacks, these are the ones to get.
JIMMYBAR Mini Peanut Butter Cluster I haven't tried this yet, my husband and I don't eat peanuts while L is around (allergy). This sounds good a bar with peanuts, crisp rice, almonds and honey.
There were a couple of coupons, sadly no free items this month.
Schoola: A donation bag was included so you can donate your old clothes and your school can get the money. I think there is a minimum amount you have to donate to get the money to the school, but I love the idea. If you want to try Schoola, they have some great deals on previously owned clothing, you can sign up with my referral link and get $15.00 in credit!
Final Thought: Wow, this is perhaps my family's favorite Love with Food box. The whole box was packed with snacks that my whole family can enjoy, minus the peanuts. The Super Crackers turned out to be a new favorite. If you want to try the Tasting Box, use this link to get it for $5.99.
